Jody Pollok-Newsom
Jody Pollok-Newsom is no stranger to agriculture. This farmer's daughter is also the executive director of both the Corn Marketing Program of Michigan (CMPM) and Michigan Corn Growers Association (MCGA).

Jody grew up on a Registered Polled Hereford beef cattle farm in Williamston and was active in both 4-H and FFA. Her long list of industry experience includes two and a half years in Washington, DC, working for the USDA and National FFA organization. She then returned to Michigan to pursue a master’s degree from Michigan State and began working for the Michigan Department of Agriculture. From there Jody went to work for the cherry industry doing their communications and marketing work. She took the helm of CMPM and MCGA in January of 2000.
